Pro Global Media, organiser of the Global CemFuels Conference, has taken extensive top-level VAT and tax advice with regards to the organisation and VAT position of the event.
Without exception, all delegates and exhibitors are charged VAT @ 8.1% on all goods and services (including Swiss-registered companies).
Depending on your own company's domicile, you may or may not be able to claim VAT back - and you should speak to your own tax advisors on this matter.
